In February 2022, TEC published the notice in which it is mentioned that the test reports in respect of ECR parameters shall be made mandatory after December 2022 i.e., w.e.f. 1st January 2023 in respect of all existing ERs.
The parameter name and standard to be tested shall be added in ERs in Original Form (Text format) and uploaded on MTCTE portal (https://www.mtcte.tec.gov.in/er list) for reference to OEMs and test labs soon.
