The validity of existing voluntary regime of S & L program for following product categories have been extend till certain time period. Due to change in the validity period, sample label validity period has also been revised for all the below listed categories.

- All manufacturers of said products who wish to apply for grant of BEE star label from the date of issue of official notification shall apply with revised sample label validity period. Approvals of models would be valid till respective revised validity date.
- For already approved models, manufacturers shall proceed for model continuation process and submit the Performa along with released notification.
- It is important to note that said products shall have revised sample label validity period as per the notification.
