- The Online Licensing System was launched by the Bhutan InfoComm and Media Authority (BICMA) on January 11, 2023. Customers can use the Citizen service portal to access online BICMA services thanks to this system.
- The system will keep track of where the application is moving, and which officer or agency is sitting on it. This information will be included in the officer or agency’s performance review, and the officer or agency can also be held accountable for it.
- By making application submission and tracking simpler for system users, BICMA aspires to speed up and streamline the process.
