These Terms and Conditions govern the
provision of services by C-PRAV.
C-PRAV operates a laboratory dedicated to electromagnetic compatibility testing and offers a range of services, including Consultation, Report Evaluation, Implementation of Modifications for compliance, Interference Investigations, Calibration of EMC Transducers, and the supply of EMC Test Equipment, EMC Components, and RF Shielded Enclosures.
All quotations provided by C-PRAV remain valid for 30 days and are denominated in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise specified. Quoted fees and charges do not encompass taxes, duties, fees, or any other relevant government impositions.
Reserved testing dates become binding upon receipt of a purchase order and approval of the chosen payment method.
Should a confirmed test date be disregarded without sufficient cancellation notice, C-PRAV reserves the right to impose a penalty fee to cover lost time and overhead costs.
The client bears responsibility and cost for delivering items to and from C-PRAV premises. Delays arising from late equipment arrival, faulty or non-compliant items, or inadequate usage instructions lie outside the responsibility of C-PRAV. Post-testing, it is the client’s responsibility to promptly retrieve their equipment from C-PRAV premises. Should the client seek C-PRAV’s assistance for packaging or shipping, associated risks and expenses fall upon the client. Equipment pickup/delivery during C-PRAV’s standard business hours is feasible. Additional costs and risks apply if C-PRAV arranges transportation. Equipment left uncollected for 30 days following notification of availability will be retained at the client’s own risk.
A fixed price may be established based on initial client information. Adjustments will be made for extended testing periods, monitoring, defective samples, or increased requirements. Test reports/results may be withheld until fees are settled, unless an active account with C-PRAV is maintained. In the event of client-induced testing delays, an invoice for completed work may be issued. Quoted prices do not encompass retesting due to non-compliance. Service outside regular hours may incur an additional charge. Unless otherwise specified, payment is expected within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue payments may incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5%. The client assumes responsibility for all debt recovery costs. A minimum charge equivalent to 2 hours of testing time applies. For substantial orders, C-PRAV may necessitate advance or progress payments.
Test report/certificate results exclusively pertain to the tested equipment sample. C-PRAV disclaims liability for deviations from the original sample, including layout, housing, performance, materials, firmware, or software modifications. Assurance of compliance/non-compliance cannot be guaranteed if the sample differs.
Clients acknowledge the potential for equipment damage during C-PRAV services and agree to indemnify C-PRAV against any inadvertent or deliberate damage incurred.
C-PRAV retains proprietary rights, copyright, and shared copyrights for processes, documentation, programs, calculations, etc. developed during the course of service. Clients may utilize results solely for their intended purpose.
